Refund policy
Product Returns: Due to the personal and sanitary nature of soap products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, texture preference, ot other personal preferences. All sales are final once an order has shipped.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Photographs of the product and packaging may be requested.
Product Variations: Our soaps are handmade, so colors, patterns, shapes and designs may vary slightly from the photographs. Fragrance preferences are personal, and refunds will not be issued because a customer dislikes a scent.
Purchases made through Etsy or Poshmark are also subject to that marketplace's applicable buyer-protection and transaction policies.
