Terms Of Service

By accessing this website or placing an order through Vegas Soaps, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and all other policies posted on this website.  We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time.  Changes will become effective when posted on this website.

Order Processing:  Our typical order-processing time is 2-4 business days during normal operations.  Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.  If we are unable to ship within the stated time we will contact you regarding the delay and provide any options required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations:  Customers may request cancellation before an order has shipped.  Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.  Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Vegas Soaps reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order, including orders involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, incomplete information, or circumstances in which we are unable to obtain information needed to process the order.  If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Customer Contact Information:  Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and shipping information.  'We may need to contact you regarding payment, shipping, address verification, product availability, or another issue affecting your order.  If we cannot reach you within a reasonable period, we may delay or cancel the order and issue any applicable refund.

Vegas Soaps is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Taxes:  Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout when required.  Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, customs, charges, or fees that may apply to the purchase.

Allergy and Sensitivity Notice:  Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete ingredient list provided for each product before purchase and use.  Do not use a product if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to any listed ingredient.  Discontinue use if irritation occurs.  Vegas Soaps is not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients that have been properly disclosed.
